NO MSG

Lao food is one of the greatest and healthiest cuisines.  The herbs (hot or spice) used are credited with preventative and curative properties.

The latest findings in medicine confirm that the chillies, garlic and onions almost used universally in Lao food are useful in lowering cholesterol and control blood pressure.

Lemon grass, galanga, and basil leaves are very rich in vitamin C.  Especially hot and spicy food can be beneficial in cleaning the body.  Enjoy Lao meal!  TASTE LIKE NO OTHER CUISINE ON EARTH!!!
