Wow, June already?! Time flies when you’re living life to the absolute fullest!

If you’ve been following along, you already know we’ve been working overtime. We’ve dropped a massive lineup of fantastic new music, and you might be wondering, “What’s the rush?”

It’s simple: Time waits for no one. We have these incredible songs ready, and we want them out in the world where they belong—spinning in your playlists, lifting your spirits, and soundtracking your days. No hidden agendas here, just a pure love for the music and a desire to share it with all of you!

The first half of this year has been an unforgettable whirlwind. From overseas journeys to weekend adventures exploring every corner of our magnificent New South Wales, it’s been massive. But the absolute best part of it all? Doing it all alongside my young son. Every train ride, ferry trip, and miles-long journey has been about watching him learn, grow, and making memories that will last a lifetime.

So, what’s on the agenda for the next six months?

More of the same, but better! If health and time permit, we’re aiming to bring a lot more consistency to laopress.com to give our creative projects the spotlight they deserve. There are also plenty of practical priorities calling my name—mainly around the house, which needs a bit of TLC! And let’s be honest, age and health are definitely starting to make their presence felt, reminding me to pace myself.
