XAY SIENGSAVANH

He is no Shaggy nor he is Ricky Martin – he is just our own Sinxay Boualouang or he is simply known as Xay.

The boy’s debut great album has debatable songs in our modern time. It is known as “SAO LAO HOA DANG” for obvious reasons. This is his solo album. He is a member of SANG SAVANH band. The band formed in 1997.
