But he didn\u2019t care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To him, love wasn\u2019t about guarantees. It was about trying. About risking comfort for connection. About believing that happiness was worth the journey, even if the destination was uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was exceptional \u2014 not just beautiful, but brilliant. The kind of person who made you feel like the world was bigger, brighter, more alive. He had met her once, maybe twice back in Vientiane, but those moments had carved themselves into his heart like stone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So he went.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He took buses that broke down, slept in train stations, ate instant noodles for days. He wrote her name in the fogged-up windows of taxis. He rehearsed what he\u2019d say if he saw her again \u2014 something poetic, something true. But mostly, he just hoped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
People laughed. \u201cIt\u2019s silly,\u201d they said. \u201cShe probably doesn\u2019t even remember you.\u201d
But he smiled. \u201cMaybe. But I remember her.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And that was enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because sometimes, being crazy in love means doing things that don\u2019t make sense to anyone else. It means chasing dreams others gave up on. It means believing in the kind of happiness that only love can bring \u2014 even if it\u2019s just for a moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He never regretted the journey. Whether she opened the door or not, he had already found something beautiful: the courage to follow his heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
